Yes. We regularly work with NYC co-op and condo boards. We can provide insurance certificates, architectural drawings (if needed), and follow your building’s work hours, elevator rules, and noise policies.
It depends on the scope. Cosmetic updates may not require permits, but layout changes, plumbing reconfiguration, or electrical work usually do. We’ll advise you during the consultation and handle the permit process if needed.
